Who is responsible
Jakub Gwiazdecki is responsible for this personal professional website. Use the contact link below for privacy questions or requests. This site has no patient portal, medical forms or advertising.
Hosting and security
Vercel Inc. hosts and delivers this website. Requests necessarily involve technical information such as IP address, browser information, requested URL and time. Hosting and security processing supports reliable delivery and abuse prevention and is separate from optional statistics. Where the GDPR applies, this processing relies on legitimate interests in operating a secure website.
Optional statistics
If enabled by the site owner and accepted by you, Vercel Web Analytics measures visits and Speed Insights measures loading and interaction performance. They may process page views, browser and device information, approximate location and performance measurements. Vercel describes the resulting statistics as aggregated. The analytics service uses a short-lived request-derived identifier rather than persistent tracking cookies. We do not configure advertising or custom analytics events.
Your choice
Both tools remain blocked until you choose Accept analytics. Rejecting does not restrict access. Use Privacy settings in the footer to change your choice or withdraw consent. Withdrawal stops future optional measurement and may reload this page to remove active scripts. It does not undo earlier processing. Where applicable, consent is the legal basis for these optional tools.
Storage and retention
Your accepted or rejected choice, its date and policy version are stored in your browser for 180 days. This storage remembers your preference and is not used for tracking. Deleting site data resets it. If the choice cannot be read or saved, optional collection stays off. We strip query strings and fragments from measured page URLs and exclude non-profile routes. Provider-side retention depends on Vercel’s service settings and published policies. Withdrawing consent does not automatically erase previously aggregated statistics.
International processing
Vercel and its service providers may process information outside Switzerland and the EEA, including in the United States. Vercel states that it participates in the EU–U.S. and Swiss–U.S. Data Privacy Frameworks. For transfers within their scope these frameworks provide a transfer mechanism. Vercel’s Data Processing Addendum also describes contractual safeguards for applicable transfers.
